Este projeto é a sede de uma instituição beneficente, localizada no Parque Germania, zona leste de Porto Alegre. Por exigência do regulamento do parque, toda construção resultante de uma concessão deve ser construída usando técnicas que facilitem a sua desmontagem.

Esse condicionante levou ao uso de contêineres marítimos de 6x2,40 m como o componente básico do projeto. O projeto consiste em quatro módulos, três em paralelo e um quarto disposto transversalmente atrás deles. Nos três módulos dianteiros são criadas duas faixas espaciais. A primeira é um espaço multiuso, a segunda contém espaço para reuniões, sanitário e copa. O quarto módulo será usado como depósito.

O bloco principal é envolvido por um deck de madeira em forma de U, onde estão a rampa para PNEs e a escada de acesso à cobertura. Sobre os contêineres há um deck para eventos, que serve também como belvedere para observação da natureza que rodeia essa área. Floreiras definem a borda desse deck e garantem a segurança dos usuários. Além disso, uma pérgola delicada, composta por tubos quadrados de 10x10 cm, define o espaço do deck e serve como apoio para elementos de sombreamento, em bambu ou tecido.

O interior dos contêineres será revestido com madeira, para criar um ambiente acolhedor e auxiliar no isolamento térmico, pois entre a madeira e as chapas metálicas haverá lã de vidro ou similar. As aberturas garantem ventilação natural cruzada, minimizando a necessidade de ar condicionado.

 

This project is the headquarters of a charitable institution, located in Parque Germania, east of Porto Alegre. By requirement of the park regulations, all construction resulting from a concession must be built using techniques that facilitate its disassembly.

This constraint led to the use of 6 x 2.40 m marine containers as the basic component of the project. The project consists of four modules, three in parallel and a fourth arranged transversely behind them. In the three front modules, two space bands are created. The first is a multipurpose space, the second contains space for meetings, toilet and galley kitchen. The fourth module will be used as storage space.

The main block is surrounded by a U-shaped wooden deck, where the ramp for the handicapped and the access stairs to the roof are. On top of the containers there is a deck for events, which also serves as a belvedere for observing the nature that surrounds this area. Flower boxes define the edge of this deck and ensure the safety of users. In addition, a delicate pergola, composed of 10 x 10 cm square tubes, defines the space of the deck and serves as a support for shading elements, in bamboo or fabric.

The interior of the containers will be faced with wood, to create a cozy atmosphere and help improve thermal insulation, because between the wood and the metal sheets there will be glass wool or similar. The openings ensure natural cross ventilation, minimizing the need for air conditioning.
